Becoming Vedic is a chart-informed self-reflection app that applies concepts from the Vedic astrology tradition to birth information.

The service describes symbolic patterns, tendencies, life-area themes, strengths, tensions, and periods of thematic emphasis associated with a birth chart.

Becoming Vedic does not predict, guarantee, or claim certainty about specific future events. It is not a fortune-telling service.

Terms such as field, Current Chapter, timing, window, or references to planetary periods describe symbolic and interpretive themes. They are not promises or guarantees of what will happen.

Your chart may provide context and guidance. You remain responsible for your choices, intentions, actions, and decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit birth information, generate a chart, use Ask Your Chart, unlock fields, or make purchases.

By using Becoming Vedic, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information; maintaining the security of your login credentials; activities performed through your account; not sharing your account without permission; and not using another person’s account without authorization.

You must notify support@becomingvedicai.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Becoming Vedic may request your name, date of birth, birth time, and birth location to calculate your chart.

Accurate birth information generally supports a more precise chart and reading. Incorrect or incomplete information may produce inaccurate or irrelevant results.

If your birth time is unknown and you choose to continue, Becoming Vedic may use 12:00 noon as an estimated birth time. This is a product fallback, not a claim that noon is your actual birth time.

A chart generated with an estimated time may be less precise. Your Rising sign, house placements, fields, and related readings may change if you later enter a more accurate birth time.

Some content may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence or automated systems. This may include readings, Ask Your Chart answers, summaries, classifications, restricted-question responses, and personalized text.

AI-assisted content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

Do not rely on Becoming Vedic as the sole basis for an important decision.

Ask Your Chart allows eligible users to ask limited self-reflection questions within available or unlocked fields.

Responses may use your chart information, stored readings, unlocked field information, Current Chapter context, relevant prior messages in the same Ask thread, and app-defined safety and scope rules.

Ask Your Chart does not provide definite predictions or answer medical, legal, financial, emergency, crisis, life-and-death, or other restricted professional questions.

Restricted questions are not answered and should not consume a paid question credit.

Becoming Vedic may restrict Ask access where a user repeatedly attempts to bypass these boundaries or uses the feature abusively.

Becoming Vedic does not provide medical or health advice; legal advice; financial, investment, debt, or tax advice; psychological diagnosis or therapy; emergency or crisis support; immigration, custody, employment, or other licensed professional advice.

Consult an appropriate qualified professional for those matters.

If you may be in immediate danger or require urgent assistance, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified support service.

When paid features become available, purchases may include additional Ask Your Chart credits, individual field unlocks, or other clearly described digital content.

All prices and included features will be displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, prices will be shown in Canadian dollars, applicable taxes may be added, purchases will be one-time purchases, and there will be no subscription or recurring charge.

Payments may be processed through a third-party payment processor.

Digital answers or readings may be generated and delivered immediately after payment.

Where applicable, refund eligibility may depend on whether the digital content or question credit has already been used, generated, or accessed.

Restricted questions should not consume a paid Ask credit. If you believe a credit was used incorrectly, contact support@becomingvedicai.com.

Exact payment, delivery, and refund terms will be displayed before a paid feature is offered.

You agree not to seek restricted professional or definite-prediction advice through the service; attempt to bypass safety, scope, credit, or access controls; submit abusive, threatening, unlawful, misleading, or harmful content; use another person’s birth information without permission; scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, overload, interfere with, or misuse the service; resell or commercially exploit readings or other service content without written permission; or use Becoming Vedic in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.

Becoming Vedic may change, suspend, remove, or discontinue features, content, availability, pricing, field unlocks, Ask categories, or other parts of the service.

Future fields, features, prices, bundles, subscriptions, or release dates are not guaranteed.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these Terms; misuse the service; submit abusive or repeatedly restricted content; attempt to bypass safety or payment controls; create fraud, chargeback, legal, security, or operational risk; or interfere with the service or other users.

Becoming Vedic and its licensors retain rights in the service, including its design, brand, text, readings, field system, app structure, prompts, summaries, icons and symbols, generated-content formats, and original educational content.

You may use your personal readings and eligible Ask responses for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, publish, resell, scrape, distribute, or commercially exploit the service or its content without written permission.

Use of Becoming Vedic is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, when it may be shared, how long it may be kept, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.

Becoming Vedic is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for your circumstances, or capable of producing a particular result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Becoming Vedic and its operators are not responsible for decisions, actions, losses, or outcomes resulting from use of or reliance on the service.

Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any consumer rights or laws that must apply in your location.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If material changes are made, we may provide notice through the website, app, email, or another reasonable method.

Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
