Account and contact information. This may include your name, email address, login provider, account identifier, authentication information, early-access registration, email preferences, and communications with us.

Birth information. This may include your date of birth, birth time, birth location, indication that your birth time is unknown, and the estimated birth time used to calculate your chart.

Chart and reading information. This may include calculated chart placements, house information, planetary-period information, Current Chapter data, field readings, chart details, saved outputs, summaries, and generated interpretation text.

Ask Your Chart information. This may include questions you submit, generated answers, question classifications, restricted-question outcomes, Ask history, available and used question credits, and the chart and reading context used to generate an answer.

Payment information. When payments become available, we may collect purchase history, the item purchased, amount, currency, payment status, transaction metadata, refund records, and payment-processor identifiers. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on our own servers.

Website, device, and usage information. This may include page views, form activity, feature usage, browser and device type, approximate location derived from technical information, performance information, analytics events, security logs, and error reports.

We may use personal information to manage the early-access list and send requested communications; create and manage accounts; calculate Vedic birth charts; generate and save readings; personalize eligible Ask Your Chart responses; store unlocked fields and Ask history; process payments and refunds where available; provide customer support; prevent fraud, misuse, abuse, and unauthorized access; classify restricted questions; improve performance, reliability, safety, and design; send important account, policy, product, or service notices; and maintain legal, accounting, tax, security, and compliance records.

Birth information is central to Becoming Vedic because the app uses your date, time, and place of birth to calculate your chart.

If you do not know your birth time and choose to continue, Becoming Vedic may use 12:00 noon as an estimated birth time. A chart calculated with an estimated time may be less precise. Your Rising sign, houses, field placements, and related readings may change if a more accurate birth time is entered later.

You may update your birth information if you obtain a more accurate record.

Your birth information, chart data, Ask history, support communications, and self-reflection content may be sensitive depending on what you choose to submit, ask, save, or unlock.

Please do not submit medical, legal, financial, emergency, crisis, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the website or support form.

When you join early access, we may use your name and email address to confirm your subscription; send product updates; share educational or launch information; invite you to participate in testing or research; and provide access information when Becoming Vedic becomes available.

You may unsubscribe using the link included in our emails.

Becoming Vedic may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate or assist with readings, Ask Your Chart responses, summaries, classifications, restricted-question handling, formatting, and personalization.

Information sent to these systems may include chart data, unlocked field information, Current Chapter context, Ask questions, and related information needed to provide or classify a response.

AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

We may use service providers that help us operate Becoming Vedic, including providers for website and application hosting, databases and storage, authentication, artificial intelligence, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, security and error monitoring, customer support, and legal, accounting, tax, and compliance services.

These providers may process information on our behalf to deliver their services.

When payment features are available, payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe.

The payment processor may collect payment-card information, billing details, transaction information, and fraud-prevention data. Becoming Vedic may receive limited information such as payment status, item purchased, amount, currency, timestamp, and processor identifier.

Your information may be processed or stored in Canada, the United States, or other countries where Becoming Vedic or its service providers operate.

Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your location.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service; maintain accounts, saved readings, unlocked content, and Ask history; provide support; resolve disputes; prevent abuse; and satisfy security, accounting, tax, payment, and legal obligations.

You may request deletion, subject to information we are permitted or required to retain.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting privacy@becomingvedicai.com.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may need to be retained for legal, payment, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or compliance purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

We may use analytics and similar tools to understand how visitors use the website, where signups originate, which features are used, whether errors occur, and how the website and app can be improved.

Becoming Vedic is currently intended for adults aged 18 and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or minors. If we learn that personal information was collected from someone under 18, we may delete the account and associated information.
